The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Condo sales in Miami-Dade experienced a bump in volume last week.

The priciest unit to sell was at the Mansions at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach. Unit 1602 traded for $5.5 million, or $1,025 per square foot. Ryan Mendell of Maxwelle Realty Inc. had the listing for more than three months before the three-bedroom, 5,413-square-foot unit sold.

The second most expensive condo sale in Miami-Dade last week was unit 403 at the Related Group’s One Ocean building in South Beach. After only 85 days on the market, the flow-through condo sold for nearly $4 million, or more than $1,300 per square foot. It was listed with Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman, and features white oak floors, Lutron lighting and electronic shades.

The county saw 157 condos sell last week for $57 million. That marks an increase compared to last week’s $45.4 million. Average prices were about $363,000 per unit and $274 per square foot.

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $875,000 to $5.5 million.
