The owner of the Ziff estate in Manalapan, who wanted $195 million for the 15.7-acre property, has taken it off the market. The estate had been listed for sale for 456 days before the listing was canceled, according to the multiple listing service. Brokerage firm Premier Estate Properties, which had been marketing the Ziff estate, took the property off its website.
The estate at 2000 South Ocean Boulevard in Manalapan has a 33-room mansion and 1,200 feet of frontage on the Atlantic Ocean. An underground tunnel beneath the island’s main road connects the mansion to a guest home on the Intracoastal side of the property. It also comes with two four-bedroom beach cottages, a seven-bedroom home called the “Mango House,” and a manager’s house with four apartments. [Palm Beach Post] – Mike Seemuth
