Former director of sales Rose Marie Minio, of One Sotheby’s International Realty, had the listing for 114 days before it traded hands.

At Murano at Portofino, a three-story townhouse fetched the second highest price of the week. Unit TH-M1 sold after only 21 days to a Venezuelan buyer for $5.8 million, or nearly $2,000 per square foot. Dustin Nero and Jamen Krynicki of Douglas Elliman were the listing agents.
