A new oceanfront spec home under construction in Ocean Ridge just hit the market for $24.9 million.

The 13,542-square-foot mansion at 6161 North Ocean Boulevard was designed by Affinity Architecture and developed by Mark Pulte’s Mark Timothy Homes. The price equates to $1,839 per square foot.

Douglas Elliman’s Nicholas Malinosky has the listing.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom and three half-bath estate is set for completion in September, according to a press release.

The two-story home will feature main rooms overlooking a pool, outdoor loggia, and cabana that overlook 158 feet of direct oceanfront. The home also has a water feature entryway, elevator, and north and south parking garages. It will come furnished, except for the secondary bedrooms, by decorator Marc Michaels Interiors.

Pulte’s spec homes have been sold to celebrities and CEOs such as the late former-Fox News head Roger Ailes and Tony Robbins. In April, Pulte sold the spec home at 1330 South Ocean Boulevard to an offshore buyer for $31.59 million. — Grace Guarnieri
