Two oceanfront homes in Vero Beach and a custom-built residence in Jupiter will be offered for sale at a June 28 auction that New York City-based Concierge Auctions will conduct.

One of the oceanfront homes in Vero Beach currently is listed for sale for $20 million. The 23,000-square-foot residence at 2150 South A1A Highway has 250 feet of private frontage on the Atlantic Ocean and 198 feet on the Indian River. The property has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a movie theater, library and game room, plus two elevators. It comes with a two-story guest house, an outdoor kitchen, an air-conditioned wine vault and a 14-car garage.

Originally listed for $6.9 million, the other Vero Beach residence and guest house is located at 1880 South A1A Highway. The main house has three bedrooms, spacious living and entertaining areas, an exercise room and a two-bay garage. The newly built two-story guest house has three bedrooms, a garage and a poolside veranda. The 1.3-acre property also features a Balinese-style indoor swimming pool and spa and a lagoon-style outdoor pool with a grotto and tree house.

Both Vero Beach properties will be offered at auction without a reserve, or minimum bid, in cooperation with Premier Estate Properties agents Clark French, Cindy O’Dare and Richard Boga.

The Jupiter residence is a three-acre property at the Bear’s Club, a residential and golf course community founded by golfer Jack Nicklaus. The six-bedroom home at 209 Bears Club Drive previously was listed for sale for $12.5 million. The interior features include vaulted ceilings, a gourmet eat-in kitchen with arched windows, theater rooms and an exercise room. The property’s outdoor entertainment area features a covered loggia, an island bar with a kitchen and seating area, a fireplace with a barbecue pit and a resort-style swimming pool and hot tub.
