Sunrise commercial complex fetches $13M

The 124,487-square-foot office and warehouse property is 95% leased

Aventura-based Elion Partners sold an office and warehouse complex in Sunrise for $13 million.

Cabot Properties bought the 124,487-square-foot Sunrise Business Center for $104 per square foot.

The commercial property at 5001-5035 North Hiatus Road and 5000 Northwest 108 Avenue in Sunrise is 95 percent leased. When the sale closed, the property had nine tenants in a mix of industries.

Sunrise Business Center, built in the mid-1980s and recently renovated, has two connected industrial buildings on an 8.22-acre parcel.

Brokerage firm CBRE Group Inc. arranged the sale of the property.
