The Nisbergs have lived on the island for 18 years, according to an article in the Palm Beach Daily News. Records show they previously owned a 2,688-square-foot, five-bedroom, two-bathroom and one half-bathroom home on the northern tip of the island, at 201 Indian Road. They sold it for $2.3 million, in 2013.

Their recently sold three-bedroom, five-bathroom home sits on a third of an acre. Property records show it was built in 2000. The British Colonial-style house sold with inlaid floors, vaulted pecky-cypress ceilings and a heated pool.

June was a busy month for Palm Beach homes sales. Last week, beer industry heir Peter Busch Orthwein brewed up a Palm Beach home deal for $5.7 million. He bought the house for about $1,042 per square foot. Earlier in the month a larger oceanfront house at 1565 North Ocean Way in Palm Beach was sold by billionaire George Lindemann and his wife Frayda for $25.2 million – 21 percent below the asking price. Records show, the Lindemanns bought the 3.4-acre property in 2008 for $23.5 million.
