Two Orlando hotels sharing the SeaWorld brand are set to open

LBA Hospitality will operate the TownPlace Suites and Holiday Inn Express hotels

LBA Hospitality this summer will open two Orlando hotels that share the brand name of marine theme park SeaWorld.

Dothan, Alabama-based LBA is set to open and operate two hotels near SeaWorld and other Orlando theme parks: the 188-room TownPlace Suites by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld, and the 181-room Holiday Inn Express and Suites Orlando at SeaWorld. Mandala Holdings owns the hotels.

The hotels will open at the intersection of International Drive and Central Florida Parkway, near SeaWorld as well as Disney World and Universal Studios, among other Orlando theme parks, and the Orange County Convention Center.

The six-story TownPlace Suites and six-story Holiday Inn Express both will feature kids’ suites, an outdoor pool, complimentary breakfast and free shuttle service to various attractions on International Drive.

LBA Hospitality’s general managers at the hotels are Alex Figueroa at the TownPlace Suites and Mason Carracciolo at the Holiday Inn Express.

Figueroa was named LBA’s General Manager of the Year in 2016 for his performance as the GM at a Springhill Suites hotel in Sandford.
