Hires and promotions at Big Dog Construction Services, Coldwell Banker, InvesTeam Realty and Highline Real Estate Capital

Liz Hogan

A top producer at EWM Realty International left to join Compass.

Liz Hogan is now a senior director of luxury real estate at Compass and part of the tech-based brokerage’s sports and entertainment division. She was 20th in The Real Deal‘s 2016 ranking of the top 20 residential agents based on sales volume.

Hogan focuses on Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest and Miami Beach, and is based in Compass’ Grove office.

Big Dog Construction Services hired Tom Lindner as director of pre-construction services. Lindner will oversee client services, manage contracts and more. He was previously area director of Charter Schools USA.

Coldwell Banker hired new agents for a number of South Florida branches.  Leonela Hernandez and Miral “Marie” Amar joined the Aventura office. Samuel Huang and Maylen Hernandez joined the Kendall office. Maria SkimmeliGihane D. Chiadmi, Ryan Pristo and Cory Feinstein joined the company’s Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas office.

Doral-based InvesTeam Realty promoted one of its agents to branch manager of its Downtown Doral office. Miguel Basalo, who’s worked for InvestTeam for the past four years, was promoted.

Miami-based Highline Real Estate Capital hired Ian Rosa as a vice president. Rosa was a vice president at Rialto Capital Management and a senior acquisitions associate at Sefira Capital.
