Bob Dickinson, former CEO of Carnival Cruise Lines, and his ex-wife Jodi Dickinson finally sold their bay-front Coral Gables mansion for $5 million after listing it for sale in 2015.

The Dickinsons, who divorced in January after 28 years of marriage, listed the 12,056-square-foot home home at 29 Tahiti Beach Island Road for sale in 2015 with an asking price of $6.2 million.

The Dickinsons’ divorce settlement is not public, so it’s unclear how they divided proceeds from the sale of the bay-front mansion, which they bought for $3 million in 1998.

The new owner of the mansion is 29 Tahiti Beach LLC, a blind trust managed by Marco Antonio De Souza.

The six-bedroom home features 38-foot ceilings and a wine cellar big enough to store 20,000 bottles. The property is located in the gated Tahiti Beach section of Coral Gables along Biscayne Bay.

Built in 1994, the Tuscan-style residence has hardwood floors, exposed ceiling beams, stained-glass windows and a brick driveway flanked by gardens. [GossipExtra]Mike Seemuth
