A contemporary lakefront house and a vacant five-acre lot in an equestrian community in Delray Beach will be offered for sale in an auction on July 31.

The house and the lot in the Tierra Del Ray community, previously listed for sale for $3.599 million and $799,000, respectively, will be offered together without a reserve, or minimum bid.

Concierge Auctions will conduct the auction through its custom mobile bidding application in cooperation with Joshua Gold and Roy Barbu of Boca Dreams Realty.

The 6,671-square-foot ranch house at 10542 La Reina Road in Delray Beach features a great room with tray ceilings, wide-plank hardwood floors and a stone fireplace, plus a swimming pool, spa and outdoor shower.

Tierra Del Ray is a gated equestrian community close to downtown Delray Beach, three highly rated golf courses and the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens.
