New Boston Fund nabs 115k sf lease for Doral office park
Deal brings One Park Square up to 95 percent occupancy
Amadeus, a travel tech company, just inked a 115,000-square-foot lease at the New Boston Fund’s One Park Square office complex in Doral.
The South Florida Business Journal reported that Amadeus’ new lease marks a 10,000-square-foot expansion for the company, which has housed its United States headquarters at One Park for five years.
Blanca Commercial Real Estate brokered the deal on behalf of the landlord, according to the publication. Savills Studley represented Amadeus.
The lease brings the 281,785-square-foot building at 3470 Northwest 82 Avenue up to 95 percent occupancy. A LoopNet listing for the building shows rents range from $26.50-$27 per square foot.
