Movers & Shakers: Longtime Coldwell Banker team joins EWM, CushWake expands multifamily team & more
Hires and promotions also at Optimar, Berger Commercial Realty, Coldwell Banker and other firms
A longtime Coral Gables agent and top producer at Coldwell Banker left to join EWM Realty International.
Mother-daughter duo Laura Mullaney and Jane Gomez-Mena will be based out of EWM’s Coral Gables/South Miami office. Mullaney has worked with Coldwell Banker for 25 years, ranking as the No. 1 agent at the Gables office over the years, including for the first half of 2017. A spokesperson for EWM declined to identify the team’s sales volume.
EWM also recently named Michelle Guerra as vice president and managing broker of the firm’s Weston Town Center office. She’ll oversee the daily operations, including training and sales oversight. She was previously an instructor for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors Association with a focus on technology.
Last month, Audrey Ross, a top producer in Miami-Dade, left EWM after 17 years to join Compass.
Cushman & Wakefield named Luis Elorza and Brad Capas as senior directors with Cushman’s Florida multifamily team, led by Robert Given. Elorza and Capas will focus on the west coast of Florida, from the Tampa area to Naples.
Gregory Giananti joined Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International as a project manager in the Miramar office. He has 14 years of experience in planning and resource management for commercial construction projects, including most recently as project manager and field construction manager at the Allapattah-based McKenzie Construction.
Dolores “Lola” Saudino joined Optimar International Realty as director of business development. Her previous experience includes 18 years as the marketing director for Fortune International Realty, where she worked with sales teams and developers on projects like Canvas, Downtown Doral and Biltmore Parc. She’s based out of Optimar’s Brickell office.
Coldwell Banker Delray Beach hired Rebecca Bruton as a sales associate.
Keller Williams Miami Beach brought on Luminita Matei, Valeriya Forbes and Brian Khanamirian as real estate agents.
Adam Castle joined Copeland & Co. Real Estate at its West Palm Beach office as a realtor associate.
Century 21 Premier Elite Realty hired Oded Ashkenazi in its Pinecrest/Palmetto office.
