The Haller Group, a sales team at Related ISG International Realty headed by brothers David and Brett Haller, will serve exclusively as the U.S. marketing group for a condo-hotel development in the capital city of the Dominican Republic.

The 121-unit development in Santo Domingo will be the city’s first yoo-branded residential development. Sales launched this summer.

The developer, Grupo Zagalo, signed an exclusive branding contract earlier this year with London-based yoo Studio, co-founded by acclaimed designer Philippe Starck in 1999.

The yoo Residences Santo Domingo will be located near the upscale Blue Mall area at the intersection of Calle Gustavo Mejias Ricart and Calle Prestol Castillo.

The lead architect for the development, Simples Arquitectura co-founder Antonio Segundo Imbert, designed the 14-story building with Santo Domingo’s only landscaped rooftop.

The building’s one-bedroom units will range in size from 753 square feet to 914 square feet and will be sold fully furnished with a yoo Studio design.

In addition to Grupo Zagalo and Simples Arquitectura, the development team includes ItalKraft, an Italian firm that designs and installs kitchens, bathrooms and closets.
