Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $545k to $4.4M

Condo sales bumped up last week in Miami-Dade County.

In Miami-Dade, 146 units sold last week for $43 million, a slight increase from the previous week’s $38 million. The average prices were about $295,000 per unit and nearly $228 per square foot.

The top condo sale was at the Residences at Vizcaya in Miami. Unit 402 at the waterfront building traded for nearly $4.4 million, or just under $1,000 per square foot, after 83 days on the market. The Jills’ Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker was the listing agent.

The second priciest deal was the $2.35 million sale of Grand Bay Tower in Miami. Penthouse 2DS was on the market for 475 days before it sold. Brigitte De Langeron of Fortune International Realty listed the property.
