Key International and 13th Floor Investments just completed 1010 Brickell, a 50-story condo tower.
The 389-unit is 99 percent sold with three units remaining and a sellout of more than $262 million, a spokesperson said. 1010 Brickell will begin recording closings in September. Sales launched in 2013, Inigo Ardid, co-president of Key International, said in a press release.
Preconstruction prices at the building ranged from the $300,000s for a studio to $1.6 million for a three-bedroom condo. Units go up to 2,225 square feet. The remaining condos are priced from $920,000 to $1.4 million.
The tower’s amenities include an indoor pool with retractable glass walls, a game room, half-basketball court, fitness center, spa, a rooftop terrace with a pool, lounge bar and grill and outdoor movie theater. The building, designed by Sieger Suarez, is across the street from the Tenth Street Promenade Metromover station and within walking distance to the Shops at Mary Brickell Village.
It’s also near the Brickell Flatiron construction site.
Property records show 1010 Brickell Holdings LLC paid $11.5 million for the development site in 2012.
Key International Sales, the brokerage arm of Key International, handled marketing. The developers financed construction with a $76 million syndicated loan from Regions Bank, Mercantile Commercebank and City National Bank.
Key International and 13th Floor also partnered on 400 Sunny Isles, Eden House and The Harbour.
