Boca Raton-based developer SobelCo. plans to break ground in 60 days for construction of an 11-story boutique condominium in Fort Lauderdale’s beach area.
SobelCo. has almost a third of the 23-unit condominium under contract and expects to finish construction of the property by mid-2019.
Prices for the two- and three-bedroom units start at about $2 million and range up to $3.6 million. They range in size from 2,908 square feet to 3,800 square feet.
SobelCo. bought the site of the condo project at 321 North Birch Road from another developer for $10 million in 2015.
Amenities at the condominium, called 321 at Water’s Edge, will include four slips for boats up to 70 feet long and a 2,500-square-foot gym.
SobelCo. has developed two other boutique condominiums in Fort Lauderdale, a 48-unit condo near the Galleria Mall and a nine-unit condo in the Isle of Venice neighborhood. [Sun-Sentinel] – Mike Seemuth
