The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $1.4M to $6.35M

Condo sales crawled out of the summer slump in Miami-Dade County last week.

In Miami-Dade, 177 units sold last week for $62.2 million, a jump from the previous week’s $46 million. The average prices were about $351,500 per unit and $277 per square foot.

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $1.4 million to $6.35 million.

The most expensive sale was for a unit at Beach House 8, a boutique condo building in Mid-Miami Beach. Chad Carroll of Douglas Elliman represented the seller in the $6.58 million sale of unit 600. It was listed for nearly three months before the full-floor unit traded hands. Health and wellness executive William “Bill” Weiland is the buyer. The condo sold at a slight loss from its $7.5 million sale last year.

The second priciest deal was the $4.5 million sale of Jade Ocean unit 4201. Stefano Santoro of Whitehall Realty Group had the listing.

Here’s a breakdown of the data for the week of Aug. 27 to Sept. 2. Click on the map for more information:
