In Miami-Dade, 135 units sold over the last week for $51.2 million, an increase compared to the previous two weeks’ $15.6 million. The average prices were about $379,000 per unit and $303 per square foot.

The second priciest deal was the $2.53 million sale of unit 14G at Bal Harbour Tower. Agnieska Gray of RE/MAX Advance Realty was the listing agent for the 3,520-square-foot condo. It was listed for nearly six months.
