The Orlando Business Journal reported that Kolter will develop a 180-room Marriott AC hotel on the site of Tremont Plaza, which will be Kolter’s first hotel in Orlando.

Kolter has hotels in other Florida cities including Boca Raton, Delray Beach and West Palm Beach.

Lincoln will develop the non-hotel components of Tremont Plaza. The 26-story building is designed with 200,000 square feet of office space, an integrated parking garage, retail stores on the ground level and a lobby linked to the new Church Street Station of the Sunrail commuter rail system.
