New leases also at Colonnade Centrepark West and Crystal Corporate Center
2020 Salzedo reaches 95 percent occupancy
Worldwide architectural design firm HKS just signed a 12,132-square-foot lease at Codina Partners’ 2020 Salzedo, a new mixed-use development in Coral Gables.
Tech company Ilumno Management also signed a lease for 9,294 square feet, bringing the occupancy to 95 percent, according to a press release.
Blanca Commercial Real Estate is the leasing agent for the office portion of the building. Alexander Cahlin at Blanca Commercial Real Estate represented Ilumno Management. Tony Jones at Cushman & Wakefield represented HKS.
Other tenants at the recently build mixed-use project includes statewide law firm Stearns Weaver Miller, which signed a 3,000-square foot lease at its penthouse office space. The office building is also home to the headquarters of real estate companies Codina Partners, CC Homes, and CC Residential.

Colonnade Centrepark West inks 11,970-square-foot lease
Colonnade Centrepark West, a nine-building office business park totaling 479,145 square feet in West Palm Beach, just inked an 11,970-square-foot lease with insurance agency Brown & Brown, according to a press release.
Brown & Brown will occupy the office park at 160 Forum Place in April 2018. It formerly was outgrew its 9,800-square-foot office space at 1401 Forum Way.
CBRE’s Adam Starr and Scott Brenner represented Brown & Brown, an independent insurance agency headquartered in Daytona Beach.

Crystal Corporate Center leases remaining spec suite
Honorlock, a remote proctoring service for students, just inked a three-year, 2,098-square-foot lease at the 26,709-square-foot Crystal Corporate Center in Boca Raton.
Honorlock, backed by Dan Cane, the co-founder of blackboard, is moving out of FAU’s Boca Raton Tech Runway incubator. It leased the remaining spec suite office available.
ISG World Asia’s Jordan Todd represented Honorlock in the deal.
The Crystal Corporate Center, a four-story Class A office building, is operated by Penn Florida at 2500 N Military Trail. Tenants include Gary Wayne, Berkshire Hathaway, and DraftKings.
