The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $358k to $1.64M

Miami-Dade County’s condo market experienced another drop in sales volume last week.

Seventy-two condos sold for nearly $19 million, down from the previous week’s $28 million sales volume. Units sold for an average price of about $259,000 and $205 per square foot.

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $358,000 to $1.64 million.

The sale of the week was at Trump Palace in Sunny Isles Beach. Unit 1101 sold for $1.64 million, or nearly $800 per square foot, after about nine months on the market with Richard Goihman of Douglas Elliman. The three-bedroom, 2,143-square-foot condo features marble floors, a gourmet kitchen and built out closets.
