Auction set for waterfront home in Sarasota
The 8,505-square-foot residence previously was listed for sale with a $6.975 million asking price
A waterfront house in Sarasota previously listed for sale for $6.975 million will be offered at an auction next month without reserve, or a minimum bid.
Concierge Auctions will conduct Dec. 13 auction of the 8,505-square-foot house with 260 linear feet along Little Sarasota Bay.
Concierge will try to auction off the previously listed three-acre property at 7922 South Holiday Drive in Sarasota in cooperation with Joel Schemmel of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.
The kitchen features granite counter tops, a breakfast bar and a walk-in pantry. The grand master retreat comes with a fireplace, sitting room, private balcony and spa bath. The interior also includes two wet bars, a game room and a wood-paneled office.
Two commercial-grade elevators are built into the house along with walls of windows, stone flooring, tray ceilings and wrought iron railings.
Among the outdoor features are a heated swimming pool with a swim-up dining area, a 125-foot dock and a whole-house backup electricity generator.
