Restaurants announced for Hollywood hotel

The CIRC Hotel, expected to open early next year, will feature Olivia, an Italian restaurant, and Muse, a rooftop bar and lounge with an Italian-inspired menu

The 111-room CIRC Hotel expected to open early next year in downtown Hollywood will feature a rooftop bar and lounge and an Italian restaurant.

South Florida restaurateurs Piero Filpi will Marcello Sindoni will open the Italian restaurant, called Olivia.

The Muse, a bar and lounge with an Italian-inspired menu, will be located on the rooftop pool deck of the 12-story hotel.

On the lobby level will be a snack shop, called the Presto Coffee House.
The CIRC Hotel, which has introductory room rates starting at $189 a night, is part of a larger mixed-use development called Hollywood Circle on the northeast side of Young Circle, a traffic circle in downtown Hollywood.

Last March, construction crews topped off Hollywood Circle, which has been funded in part by Chinese EB-5 investors. The mixed-use development will include 389 rental apartments, shops and a supermarket.
