Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $820k to $4M

Miami-Dade County’s condo market held steady last week.

For the first week of November, 116 condos sold for nearly $43 million, roughly the same sales volume as the previous week. Units sold for an average price of $367,000 and $290 per square foot.

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $820,000 to $3.85 million.

The most expensive deal to close was at Grovenor House in Coconut Grove. Unit 2001 was listed for 81 days with David Siddons of EWM Realty International when it sold for $3.85 million, or just under $1,000 per square foot.

The second priciest was the $2.8 million sale of unit 3311 at Jade Residences. Liede DeValdivielso of the Keyes Company had the unit on the market for 112 days before it sold for about $820 per square foot.
