Publix Super Markets just checked out with a shopping center it anchors in Palm Beach Gardens.

Property records show TA Realty affiliate Fund IX Mirasol Walk Shopping Center LLC sold the retail plaza at 11210 North Jog Road and 6231-6271 PGA Boulevard for $47 million. Publix anchors the 82,375-square-foot shopping center, which was built in 2004. It’s 99 percent occupied, according to marketing materials.

The property, called Mirasol Walk, is leased to Walgreens, Bank of America, SunTrust, Starbucks, GNC, Orange Theory Fitness and other tenants. It sits on a 22.37-acre site.

HFF was the listing brokerage. The property sold for roughly $570 per square foot.

Boston-based TA Realty paid $26.7 million for the shopping center in 2010.

Publix has been on a roll buying properties it anchors throughout South Florida. Earlier this year, the Lakeland-based grocery store chain paid $9.25 million for a North Palm Beach shopping center and $23.2 million for a new Publix in West Miami.
