A six-bedroom estate on Longboat Key with a 150-foot private beach was listed for sale for $18 million.
The gated, Mediterranean-style estate was built in 2002 on a rare triple lot spanning 1.35 acres on Longboat Key, a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico just west of Sarasota.
A circular drive from the gate leads to the elevator-equipped estate, and opening the glass-and-mahogany front doors reveals a marble staircase inside that frames the entry way.
Called Villa del Sogno, the six-bedroom, six-bathroom estate (plus two partial bathrooms) has 22,521 square feet of interior space plus 12,095 square feet of outdoor living space.
A four-car garage is part of the property’s first floor. Features on the second floor include a family room, a guest kitchen and four guest suites.
