A potential buyer has a contract to purchase a contemporary-style house in Palm Beach listed for sale about a month ago for $25 million.
The four-bedroom house at 1045 South Ocean Boulevard, near President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, previously had been listed with an asking price of $27.5 million. The house is nearly 10,000 square feet in size.
Built in 1970, the Palm Beach house got a thorough renovation from the late Dan Borislow, who developed magicJack, a voice-over-Internet-protocol device for telephone service.
His widow, Michelle Borislow, listed the house for sale at the start of November. Traci DeGeorge, an agent of Waterfront Properties and Club Communities, has the listing.
DeGeorge told the Palm Beach Daily News that the house drew multiple offers and was under contract 24 days after it was listed for sale.
The property spans nearly an acre, features 226 feet of frontage on the beach, and includes a vacant lot on the north side of the house. [Palm Beach Daily News] — Mike Seemuth
