The Easton Group has hired a former JLL adviser as a vice president.

Elliot LaBreche, whose clients have included the Colombian government, Yamaha, Homes.com and others, will focus on expanding the commercial firm’s office and industrial-tenant representation business, according to a press release. LaBreche was previously with Cresa South Florida, which JLL acquired two years ago. Ex-JLL broker Andrew Easton started the company’s office investment and brokerage branch the same year.

Penn-Florida Companies named Douglas Elliman agent Elena Christodoulou vice president of sales for the Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Boca Raton. She’s represented deals totaling $1.2 billion over the past five years, including as vice president of sales at the Fendi Chateau Residences in Surfside.

The 85-unit Residences at Mandarin Oriental, at 105 East Camino Real, will be linked to the 164-room hotel portion by a two-story underground parking garage and by a bridge on the fourth and fifth levels with a spa, gym, fitness center and meeting space. The hotel-branded development is part of Via Mizner, a mixed-use project with luxury apartments, retail, restaurants, a private club, gym and golf amenities. Elliman’s Harlan Goldberg previously handled sales.

MSA Architects has added a new partner, Beatriz “Bizi” Hernandez. Hernandez began her career as a project manager at MSA 25 years ago and returned to the architecture firm in 2014. She’s also worked at ADD Inc., which is now Stantec, Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, as well as Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership.

Coldwell Banker made four new hires in Fort Lauderdale. Daniella Angulo, Meghan Gilmore, Veronika Sherman and Jonathan Acosta joined the brokerage’s Las Olas office.

Hernan Aguado joined RE/MAX Advance Realty after seven years with Keller Williams Realty Premier Properties in Kendall.
