CenterPoint Properties just picked up a warehouse near Hialeah and Opa-locka for $17.5 million, property records show.

The 129,000-square-foot warehouse at 3355 Northwest 114 Street in Miami traded for about $135 per square foot. Records show the seller is a company tied to Coral Gables developers Heidi Eckes-Chantré, Kim Tabet and Christopher Brown.

The developers paid $1.75 million for the 6-acre site in 2004 and completed the warehouse in 2007. It’s sole tenant, Iron Mountain, is a storage and information management company with more than 1,400 facilities across 53 countries, according to its website.

The warehouse is south of Florida State Road 924 and west of I-95.

In August, CenterPoint paid $59 million for a 59-acre distributing center in Opa-locka, and in February, the firm paid $108 million for a FedEx distribution center in Medley.

The sellers are in the midst of delivering Giralda Place, a mixed-use project in downtown Coral Gables, where WeWork recently announced it will lease 34,000 square feet of space.
