Kathryn Chenault, wife of American Express CEO Kenneth Chenault, just picked up another luxury condo in Bal Harbour.

A company controlled by Chenault paid $6.3 million for unit 1702 in the North tower of the St. Regis Bal Harbour, property records show. The same company, 9701 Collins 1701 LLC, paid $6.9 million for neighboring unit 1701N in 2013.

The seller, 1702 STR Harbour LLC, is led by Angel Junquera. Junquera bought the three-bedroom unit at 9705 Collins Avenue in 2012 for $3.9 million, records show.

Chenault’s new 3,128-square-foot unit traded for about $2,015 per square foot. Unit 1702N features panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the ocean.

Kenneth Chenault is stepping down as CEO of Amex after 37 years at the company.

Other business moguls at St. Regis Bal Harbour include Godiva Chocolatier Mohamed Elsarky.

The St. Regis was completed in 2011. Qatar’s largest development firm, Al Rayyan Tourism Development Company, acquired the hotel component of the property in 2014 for $213 million, or over $1 million a room.
