A handful of developers just released new renderings of some South Florida projects that are in the works, including Aston Martin Residences tower in Miami, Uptown Biscayne in North Miami Beach, the Estates at Acqualina and the Water Club North Palm Beach.
Aston Martin Residences
G&G Business Developments and Aston Martin unveiled the interiors of the luxury car-branded condo tower planned for downtown Miami.
Aston Marton’s Marek Reichman incorporated elements and materials from the car brand into the tower’s interiors and amenity spaces, including two private lobbies, a double-level fitness center, a spa, and indoor and outdoor panoramic pools on the 55th floor, according to a press release.
The 391-unit, 66-story development at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way features condos priced from about $600,000 to $8.5 million, with penthouses asking for roughly $14 million to $50 million. Cervera Real Estate is handling sales. The developer broke ground last year and is expecting to open in 2021.
CK Privé Group just received full site plan approval from the city of North Miami Beach to build its Uptown Biscayne development, a five-acre mixed-use project planned for the corner of Biscayne Boulevard and 163rd Street.
Uptown Biscayne will include more than 170,000 square feet of retail space, including restaurants, a spa and gym, and a national grocer, and about 35,000 square feet of office space. It will also have a 40,000-square-foot vertical garden.
The joint venture scored a $20 million loan from Florida Community Bank last year to finance preconstruction costs. It was previously called Uptown 163, before developers revised their plans to include a reduction in office space by 95,000 square feet. Arquitectonica is designing the project.
Estates at Acqualina
The Trump Group just released renderings of Estates at Acqualina’s Casa D’Oro, a single-family home being built on the site.
The six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom home spans 11,605 square feet and is asking $19.95 million, according to a press release.The mansion come with a four-car, air-conditioned garage, a private elevator and a $2.5 million Fendi-designed poolside cabana.
The 245-unit, two-phase development at 17901 Collins Avenue is north of the Mansions at Acqualina, completed in 2015, and Acqualina Resort & Spa, completed in 2006.
The Estates will feature a Karl Lagerfeld-designed lobby and Villa Acqualina, the latter of which will have a spa and fitness center, an ice skating rink, bowling lanes, a movie theater, as well as a Wall Street Trader’s Club room.
Encore Tower at Water Club North Palm Beach
West Palm Beach-based developer Kolter Group just released renderings of its third tower at Water Club North Palm Beach.
The building, at 2 Water Club Way, is part of a three-tower development. It includes 30 residences with prices starting at $1.4 million, according to a press release. Closings on the first two towers and villas started in November 2016, according to the Palm Beach Post.
The long-delayed project has been in the works for more than a decade. Kolter paid $23.5 million for the property in 2004.
