Aria Development Group named a sales director for its YotelPad Miami project.

Luis Chacon of OneWorld Properties will handle sales for the 215-unit residential development planned for 227 Northeast Second Street. Chacon was most recently sales director ISG’s New Orleans development, River Street.

Units at YotelPad start in the $260,000s, and range from 425-square-foot studios to 700-square-foot two-bedrooms. Buyers can participate in a two-year leaseback program.

Elliman named Cheri-Lynn Diamond managing broker of the Fort Lauderdale office, replacing Paula Silberberg. Diamond will lead the office at 450 East Las Olas Boulevard, including recruitment and business development. She previously led the transition of Weichert Realtors Best Beach Real Estate in Sunny Isles Beach as it was being acquired, and was vice president of Gold Coast Schools.

Silberberg, who became managing broker in late 2015, will continue with Elliman as a broker associate, according to a spokesperson.

One Sotheby’s promoted Karina Lopez to vice president of marketing and operations and hired Karla Briceño as the company’s marketing director. The firm is focusing on marketing as it shifts more toward technology and millennial-driven services.

Briceño was previously with Elliman and Majestic Properties. She was also creative director for The Jills of Coldwell Banker.

Greenberg Traurig promoted five South Florida attorneys to shareholders, including real estate lawyer Jorge L. Navarro. Navarro focuses on land use and zoning, procurement, outdoor advertising, environmental permitting and local government.

Steven D. Lear joined Holland & Knight’s Miami office as a partner and head of the firm’s national joint venture practice team. Lear and R. Stephen Sandiford, who joins as senior counsel, were previously with Bilzin Sumberg.

Gordon Glover is now vice president of business development for Suffolk in the southeast. He’ll work to grow the region, which includes offices in Miami, Tampa, West Palm Beach and Estero, Florida.
