Pipeline plans to occupy the entire 15th floor of a downtown office building, which covers 15,000 square feet.

The office building, called Park Tower, is undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation, which will include a new gym and a new lobby with a café.

Pipeline co-founder Todd Oretsky said in a prepared that “Tampa’s economy, driven by its growing financial services and information technology sectors, is booming.”

Six months ago, Pipeline announced plans to expand to Orlando. The company has one location in Philadelphia and four South Florida locations in Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral and Fort Lauderdale.

Pipeline’s members include individual entrepreneurs, local professional services firms and such major companies as Google, Microsoft and Wendy’s.

Two agents of commercial real estate brokerage CBRE, Shay Pope and Mike Fisher, represented Pipeline in its negotiations to lease the 15th floor of Park Tower. The owners of the office building were represented by agents Mike DeBlasi and Ceci Tricoli of Feldman Equities. – Mike Seemuth
