A six-year-old oceanfront house in Vero Beach will be auctioned next month.
New York City-based Concierge Auctions will conduct the auction of the six-bedroom house, previously listed for sale with a $5.9 million asking price.
Concierge will conduct the auction without reserve, or a minimum bid, in cooperation with Sally K. Daley of Daley and Company Real Estate, LLC.
Bidding for the 6,732-square-foot house opens June 12 and closes June 15.
The house was built in 2012 at 1804 Ocean Drive in Vero Beach. It is one of 15 oceanfront properties in the city’s exclusive Old Riomar neighborhood.
The residence has a custom walk-in closets, two family rooms, a home office and a library. The kitchen has a butler’s pantry and a 10-foot island.
Interior finishes include custom millwork, vaulted ceilings, and walnut and marble floors.
The property’s outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, cabana, and private access to a 100-foot beach along the ocean. The property includes a separate guest house. – Mike Seemuth
