Movers & Shakers: Aztec hires director from Terranova, United Realty Commercial names new VP & more

Andrea Molina joined Aztec Group as a director, focusing on retail and industrial deals in Florida.

Molina will arrange debt and equity, investment sales and acquisition advisory services. She previously worked for Terranova Corp. as a director and before that for CBRE as a senior analyst. Molina worked on deals that include the $342 million sale of a six-building portfolio on Lincoln Road in 2014 and the $66.5 million sale of Suniland Shopping Center in 2016.

United Realty Group brought on Mark Dreyer as vice president of the brokerage’s commercial division. Dreyer was previously senior director of commercial real estate at Remax Advantage Plus in Boca Raton.

Hunter Halten joined Ram Realty Advisors as director of development of its Fort Lauderdale office. He’s worked for AHS Residential and Odebrecht USA.

Amorette Robertson joins Dora Puig’s team at Luxe Living Realty as a broker associate.

Patricia Prado, an agent with Real Estate Transactions International in Surfside, joined the Corcoran Group in New York. She previously worked for Town Residential.

EWM Realty International hired 11 agents in the firm’s Las Olas office at 1700 East Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. The associates are: Arturo Lopez Aguado, Debbie Clark, Michelle Gomez, Zach Lichten, Jennifer Lourourdis, Carol Lymer, Dana Nartea, Richard Porter, Linda Walker, Stephanie Tonsfeldt and Edmond Waymel.
