Rissman Barrett, Pierson Grant and others head to BayView Corporate Tower

A Fort Lauderdale law firm, a public relations company and a marketing agency leased office space at the renovated BayView Corporate Tower in Fort Lauderdale.

Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue, McLain & Mangan PA is taking 14,560 square feet, Pierson Grant Public Relations signed a 3,760-square-foot deal, and Webb-Mason Inc. is leasing 1,470 square feet at the 412,520-square-foot office building at 6451 North Federal Highway.

The building is now 85 percent occupied. Other tenants include CHG Healthcare Services, Whole Foods and EnvisionRX.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Deanna Lobinsky and Chase Kulp represented the owner, Bridge Commercial Real Estate. Bridge acquired Fairlead Commercial Real Estate of Atlanta in 2016, the same year Fairlead paid $56.3 million for the 12-story building.

The property recently underwent a $5 million renovation that includes a new roof, landscaping, and updates to the entryway, lobby, common areas and restrooms. Bridge also added co-working space, a fitness center, tenant lounge, conference center, a cafe and game area.

City of Boynton Beach relocates to 3301 Quantum Boulevard

The City of Boynton Beach is relocating its administrative office to the ground floor of 3301 Quantum Boulevard in Boynton Beach.

Cushman’s Gordon Messinger, John Criddle and Joseph Freitas negotiated the lease on behalf of the owner, FH Quantum LLC, a partnership that includes Grant Horwitz, a managing principal at Fox Ridge Capital, and Joshua Schrager and Daniel Schwartz of Geometry Development. Records show FH Quantum paid $5.125 million for the 100,000-square-foot, two-story building in December. Built in 1995, it sits on a 6.2-acre site.

Keith O’Donnell of Avison Young represented the city, which plans to move in by the end of the summer, according to a release.

Wholesale distributor expands Wilton Manors HQ

Wholesale retail distributor United National Consumer Suppliers is expanding its headquarters to Wilton Manors. The company, whose clients include Amazon, Target, Ross Dress for Less and Costco, is leasing the entire 10,000-square-foot second floor at 1501 Northeast 26th Street.

Transwestern’s Glenn Gregory and Ben Eisenberg represented the tenant. The landlord, WM 1501 Venture LLC, was represented in-house by Scott Helms.

Car parts distributor leases warehouse near Opa-locka

Foreign Parts Distributors just inked a 152,800-square-foot lease for a warehouse just south of Opa-locka.

The Easton Group’s Jim Armstrong and Mike Waite represented the landlord, 3000 Gratigny Associates LLC. Built in 1990, the warehouse at 3000 Northwest 125th Street sits on a 6.7-acre lot, north of State Road 924. Records show the company bought the property in 2005 for $8.1 million.

Dan Cook of Cook Commercial represented the tenant, an after-market automobile parts distributor. The company also leases warehouse space in Hialeah.
