Shared-office provider Venture X expanding to Orlando

Venture X, a shared-office provider, will open a 21,000-square-foot location in downtown Orlando in the fall.

The owner of the Orlando location, Venture X franchisee Dale Hedrick, also is the owner of the company’s location in downtown West Palm Beach, which also will open in the fall.

Hedrick, founder and president of Hedrick Brothers Construction, will open the Venture X location in downtown Orlando at 100 East Pine Street.

“We look forward to expansion into other cities in the very near future,” Tom Weber, president of Venture X, said in a prepared statement.

The landlord at the Orlando location is Denholtz Associates. The 21,000-square-foot location is in an office building that Denholtz acquired two years ago. Venture X secured the space with the help of real estate brokerage Foundry Commercial.

In West Palm Beach, Venture X will occupy a 14,000-square-foot space on the second floor of CityPlace at 700 Rosemary Avenue. – Mike Seemuth
