Miami-Dade condo sales fell last week.

The county recorded 129 closings for a total of $70 million, less than the previous week’s $74 million sales volume for 168 units.  Condos last week sold for an average price of about $438,000 or $316 per square foot.

The most expensive closing was at Mansions at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach. Former Brazilian soccer player Rogério Ceni sold unit 2901 for $6.1 million, or about $1,264 per foot. Roberta Ingletto represented the seller, and Karine Carvalho brought the buyer.

The second priciest deal was at Grovernor House in Coconut Grove. Riley Smith had the unit on the market for less than three months before it closed for $3.8 million, or about $950 per square foot.

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from about $1.7 million to $6.1 million.
