Mr. C hotel | Coconut Grove
The Cipriani family just released new renderings of its Mr. C luxury hotel in Coconut Grove.
Arquitectonica and the Martin Brudnizki Design Studio designed the 98-room hotel, which is under construction at 2988 McFarlane Road. It will feature nautical-themed interiors and a ballroom on the top floor with views of the Biscayne Bay. The hotel’s facade is propped up by stilts, inspired by the historic Stiltsville nearby.
Main Highway Partners, led by Arquitectonica’s founding principal Bernardo Fort-Brescia, owns the property. The hotel will open this winter, according to a release.
Maggio and Ignazio Cipriani, the fourth generation of the Cipriani family, own and operate a Mr. C hotel in Beverly Hills and are currently building a Mr. C – Seaport in New York City. In Miami, the Cipriani family owns the Cipriani Downtown Miami restaurant.
100 Las Olas | Downtown Fort Lauderdale
The Kolter Group unveiled renderings of its two-story penthouse at 100 Las Olas, which is on the market for nearly $6 million. The 5,150-square-foot penthouse will be on the 45th and 46th floors of the building at 100 East Las Olas Boulevard.
Once completed by 2020, the tower will feature 113 condos, a 238-room Hyatt Centric hotel and 8,500 square feet of restaurants and retail on the ground floor. OneWorld Properties is handling sales. The project is poised to be downtown Fort Lauderdale’s tallest building. The Kolter Group broke ground on 100 Las Olas a year ago.
Fairchild Coconut Grove | Coconut Grove
ROVR Development just released new renderings of some of the amenities at its boutique Fairchild Coconut Grove condo project.
The 26-unit development at 3581 East Glencoe Street will feature an outdoor cinema and garden along Biscayne Bay. Other amenities include a rooftop pool and gym. Architect Max Strang and Rafael de Cardenas designed the project.
Units range from 1,700 square feet to 4,200 square feet, with prices between $1.6 million and $4.6 million. One Sotheby’s International Realty is handling sales.
