Ex-wife of former Apple CEO sells Palm Beach home to insurance chief
Five-bedroom home hit the market earlier this year for $7.75M
The ex-wife of former Apple CEO John Sculley sold her Palm Beach estate to a top executive of a health insurance company for $6.3 million, property records show.
Carol Lee Sculley sold the 4,412-square-foot house at 302 Via Linda to Michael Neidorff, the CEO of Centene Corporation, a St. Louis-based health insurance company. Neidorff paid about $1,400 per square foot for the five-bedroom home, which was built in 1961.
Sculley used her homestead exemption on the house, according to property records. She paid $3.66 million for the property in 2014.
Marianne Chopp with Sotheby’s International Realty represented Sculley, according to Realtor.com. The house hit the market earlier this year for $7.75 million.
Sculley divorced from John Sculley more than three years ago. He became known as the person who fired Steve Jobs. The former CEO and his wife Diane purchased a nearly $15 million home on North Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach in April. He also recently sold a 4,000-square-foot, two-bedroom house at 127 Reef Road.
