The 30-room Sea Shell Motel was among several hotels that opened in 1944 on U.S. Highway 41.

Brookline apparently is bullish on Naples.

According to the Naples Daily News, the Clearwater company started buying Naples real estate in 2016 and has spent more than $31 million on property on or around Fifth Avenue South that it plans to redevelop. [Naples Daily News]Mike Seemuth
