Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $918k to $10M

Condo sales in Miami-Dade County surged last week after a period of declines.

The county recorded 140 closings for a total of $71.5 million, up from the previous week’s $48.3 million sales volume for 125 units. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $332,000 or $511 per square foot.

Unit 5261 at Bayview at Fisher Island topped last week’s condo sales. The five-bedroom, 6470-square-foot condo sold for $10 million, or more than $1,500 per square foot. Lazaro Rivero represented the seller and Dora Puig represented the buyer. It was listed for 142 days before selling.

The second priciest deal was the $9.15 million sale of unit 603 in the south tower of the Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club in Sufside. The condo traded hands for $2,090 per square foot after 159 days on the market. Liz Hogan represented the seller, and Peter Green brought the buyer.
