Holzer, a native of Palm Beach, was regarded as one of the most popular models of the 1960’s appearing on the front of magazine covers. She worked closely with artist Andy Warhol and he featured her in a few of his movies, including Ciao! Manhattan. Her father was a prominent real estate developer in Palm Beach and she owns other property in the area, records show.

Chopin purchased the house in 2002 for $5 million and claimed a homestead exemption on the house in 2018. It was previously listed for $7.8 million in May 2018 by Lawrence Moens with Lawrence A. Moens Associates, according to Realtor.com.
