Groundbreaking for boutique Sarasota condo set for the first quarter of 2019

Prices for the 20 units in the planned 8-story condo range from $1.3M to $3M

Construction of an eight-story boutique condominium in Sarasota is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2019.

DSDG Architects LLC designed the condominium, called Evolution, with 20 units ranging in size from 2,071 to 3,519 square feet. Each unit comes with floor-to-ceiling windows, a terrace and a private garage.

Prices range from $1.3 million to $3 million for units at Evolution, which will be located at 111 Golden Gate Point in Sarasota.

The project’s location is “the largest remaining redevelopment opportunity on Golden Gate Point,” Wojciech Zukiewicz, principal of developer WB Golden Gate LLC, said in a prepared statement.

WB Golden Gate LLC just closed its $4 million acquisition of the development site in Golden Gate Point, an exclusive area between downtown Sarasota and the city’s bayfront.

Evolution’s outdoor amenity deck will feature a barbecue area, a lap pool and spa, a wrap-around terrace and lounge spaces. Indoor amenities will include a gym, sauna, yoga studio, club room and meeting room.

Vlado Konatar, a sales associate with Medway Realty, is the exclusive listing agent for the Evolution development. Konatar will lead an on-site Evolution sales office expected open by December. – Mike Seemuth
