Interworld Freight Line inks 63,300 sf lease at Flagler Station

International logistics and distribution company Interworld Freight Line just secured a 63,300-square-foot lease at Flagler Station in Medley.

The seven-year lease at 9705 Northwest 108th Avenue is valued at $3.5 million, according to a press release.

The company was previously at Blue Lagoon, a business park owned by Prologis at 6703 Northwest Seventh Street. Interworld focuses on Central America, South America and the Caribbean.

The industrial park at 10800 Northwest 100th Street was developed by Flagler Global Logistics. In 2015, warehouse chain PriceSmart contracted with Flagler to build its new 330,000-square-foot facility. 

Hector Cataño of Cornerstone International Realty represented the tenant. Stuart Gordon of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, CPT Flagler Station II Holding, which is a company tied to AEW Capital Management.

Wireless infrastructure provider brings Liberty Airport Center building to full occupancy

Wireless infrastructure provider Crown Castle USA is the latest to ink a lease deal within Liberty Airport Center, a master-planned 70-acre park underway in West Palm Beach.

The 51,840-square-foot lease at 6035 Southern Boulevard brings the 77,760-square-foot building to full occupancy. The tenant is set to move into the building soon.

The 660,740-square-foot project is under construction. The developer, Liberty Property Trust, plans to build the remaining three buildings over the next three years, according to a press release.

Bob Schneiderman of Colliers International represented the tenant. Liberty Property Trust was represented internally by Peter Sheridan.

Seneca Industrial Park in Pembroke Park secures 112,233 sf of leases

Seneca Industrial Park, an 885,000-square-foot distribution and warehouse park located Pembroke Park, just secured 112,233 square feet of leases.

Colony Hardware, a national distributor of tools and safety products, signed a new 25,476-square-foot lease at the business park at 2500 Southwest 32nd Avenue. Avison Young’s Wayne Schuchts and Bobby Benton represented the tenant.

HD Supply renewed its 46,498-square-foot lease. The company was represented by Colliers International’s Erin Byers. Other lease renewals include Chefs’ Warehouse, an international gourmet food and restaurant supply company; and Smart Van Lines, a moving and transportation services company.

Transwestern’s Thomas Kresse, Ben Eisenberg, Walter Byrd, and Carlos Gaviria represented the landlord, an affiliate of the investment management arm of TIAA, Nuveen Investments. TIAA-CREF purchased Nuveen for $6.25 billion in 2014.
