The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $1M to $1.85M

Condo sales picked up in Miami-Dade last week, after a sharp decline the previous week.

The county recorded 176 closings for a total of $56.3 million, up significantly from the previous week’s 103 closings for $28.7 million. Condos last week sold for an average price of about $320,000 or about $275 per square foot.

The priciest deal was at Acqualina Ocean Residences in Sunny Isles Beach. Unit 3105 sold for $1.85 million, or nearly $835 per foot. Michael Goldstein had the listing. Boris Vertsberger represented the buyer of the three-bedroom, 2,214-square-foot unit.

The second most expensive condo sale was the $1.82 million trade of unit 283 at Padua at Deering Bay in Coral Gables. The unit sold for about $372 per square foot after 104 days on the market. Edith Neuwahl represented the seller, and Christopher Zoller brought the buyer.
