Palm Beach-based Trez Forman is expanding to Atlanta

Colliers International Group promoted Ryan Kratz to president of the brokerage’s Southeast region, a newly created position.

Kratz will oversee the more than 20 Colliers-owned and affiliated offices in the Southeast U.S. He was previously president of the brokerage’s Florida operations.

Trez Forman Capital Group hired Russ Holland as a managing director. Holland will be opening a new office in Atlanta for the Palm Beach-based commercial lending firm. He was previously chief credit officer at Fieldpoint Private in New York, as well as chief lending officer of Union Bank in Florida.

One Real Estate Investment promoted Bradley Schwartzmann to senior associate. He’s been with the company since 2016, most recently as a financial analyst.

NAI/Merin Hunter Codman brought on a slew of new brokers and accounting professionals. Alexandra Bazo joined as a commercial associate, Jeffrey Cebula as a senior associate, Jaime Chamberlin as a marketing analyst, Maxwell Pawk as a commercial associate, April Pearson as controller, Daria Salha as a property accountant and Christopher Smith as a commercial associate.

Avison Young hired a new research analyst, Evie Linger. Linger will oversee market research for South Florida out of the Fort Lauderdale office. She previously worked for Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group in Gainesville.
