The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $730k to $11.5M

Condo sales in Miami-Dade are slowing down again after picking up the previous week.

The county recorded 101 closings for a total of $43.9 million, down from the previous week’s 176 closings, which totaled 56.3 million.

Condos last week sold for an average price of about $435,000 or about $319 per square foot.

The priciest deal was at 1 Hotel & Homes in Miami Beach. Penthouse suite 1609 sold for $11.5 million, or $3,663 per square foot. Tracy Galya had the listing. Michael Toomey represented the buyer of the three-bedroom, 3,557-square-foot unit.

The second most expensive condo sale was also in Miami Beach. Unit 906 at Murano Grande traded hands for $2.3 million, or about $1,136 per square foot, after being on the market for 268 days. Bryan Sereny and Bill Hernandez represented the seller, and Dina Goldentayer brought the buyer.
