A top producer at the Fite Group in Palm Beach just left to join Illustrated Properties, which is part of the Keyes Company.

Linda Bright joined Illustrated last week, shortly after the Fite Group announced it had merged with William Raveis Real Estate. Bright said the timing was coincidental, and that she had been in talks with Illustrated “for a long time.”

She’s taking with her more than $30 million in listings, mostly for properties at the Country Club at Mirasol in Palm Beach Gardens. Bright said she made the move because of the exposure Illustrated Properties will give her listings through its affiliations with Christie’s International Real Estate and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Over the past three years, she closed about $80 million in sales volume, including preconstruction and off-market deals.

Bright was with the Fite Group for eight years. Last week the company’s four offices and roughly 100 agents joined William Raveis, giving the Northeast-based brokerage a foothold in the high-end markets of Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens and Wellington.

Keyes merged with Illustrated in July 2016. Keyes, with 3,000 associates, closed $3.4 billion in transactions across the tri-county region over the past year, making it the second-ranked residential brokerage in South Florida, according to an analysis of MLS data by The Real Deal.
